Official WhatsApp Cloud API Get Started. No Evolution. Graph API v23.0.

Register as a developer and create a Meta app with Connect with customers through WhatsApp.
API Setup: connect a WhatsApp Business account, pick a From number, copy Phone number ID and WABA ID.
Business Settings → System users → generate a permanent token with whatsapp_business_messaging, whatsapp_business_management, business_management.
Configuration → Webhooks: callback https://chat.ziply.my/api/wa/webhook, verify token below, subscribe to messages. App secret is for X-Hub-Signature-256.
Send the hello_world template first. When the user replies, the 24-hour customer service window opens and free-form text works.

OpenRouter auto-reply

Voice on this Cloud API number (Graph /PHONE_ID/calls). Subscribe the webhook to calls. Inbound SDP offer → this browser answers with WebRTC. Messenger Calling is a different product (Facebook Page + Messenger app).
